Foreclosure Charges Nil if floating, up tp 2% + GST for fixed rate
Cheque/ instrument Swap Charges Rs. 250 per swap + GST
Loan Processing Fee

Rs. 5000 - Rs. 20000 (depending on the loan amount)

Min. Login Fees: Rs. 2,500 or processing fee applicable whichever is lower + GST

Overdue charges on default installment 18% per year on the dues outstanding
Conversion Charges

Up to Rs. 75 lakhs - Rs. 2,500 + GST

Above Rs. 75 lakhs - Rs. 5000 + GST

Property Papers Copy Rs. 500 + GST

  • Income Proof:

  • For Salaried Individuals,

    1. Last 2 months salary slips

    2. Income details ( Upto Rs. 30,000 per month)

    3. Last 3 months bank statements

  • For Self Employed Individuals,

    1. Last 2 years Income Tax returns along with computation of income

    2. Last 2 years P/L account with all schedules & balance sheet copy

    3. TDS certificate or VAT or Service tax returns

  • Property Documents: Agreement for sale/ Allotment Letter from builder/ Index-ii/ Reciept of Registration and Stamp Duty/ OCR (Own Contribution Reciept)/ NOC from Builder/ Builder's linked documents/ Tripartite Agreement/ Development Agreement/ Sale Deed/ Partnership Deed/ NA order/ Title Search Report

Eligibility Criteria for DHFL Home Loan
