Application form with signed photograph.
Age Proof: PAN Card/ School Leaving Certificate/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Birth Certificate/ College or School passing Certificate/ Employee ID ( only for Government or PSU Employees)/ SSC/HSC mark sheet/ SSC/HSC admit card.
Photo ID Proof: Passport/ PAN Card/ Letter from Existing banker/ Driving License/ Valid arms License issued by State or Central or Union Territory/ Valid Freedom fighter's Pass issued by Home Ministry of Government of India or by other Government.
Residential Proof: Passport/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ Electricity or Telephone or Mobile Bill(last 3 months)/ Account Statement/ Passbook/ Gas book/ employer certified residential address.
Salaried: Last 3 months salary slip, Company's offer letter, Form 16, Previous company's employment proof.
Self Employed: Last 2 years ITR and Computation of income, B/s along with schedules, P & L a/c, Form 26AS, 3CB if applicable.
For salaried employee, bank statement for last 6 months. For self employed, 12 months income proof.
Salaried, self employed, and businessmen are eligible to apply for a home loan.
Should be Indian residents.
Age should be 22 to 65 years but no more than 65 years when the loan matures.
The eligible loan amount is based on the applican't income, age, repayment capacity, properties, liabilities price of the proposed home or flat.
